With our own warping department, we have the ability
to create special end counts for any desired pattern.
Our Knitting facility utilizes a variety of traditional and
modern technology warp knitting machines as well as
circular knit machines. This gives Charbert the
flexibility to create and produce a wide range of warp
knit products. State of the art equipment such as "stop
motion sensors" and late model high-speed warp
knitting machines ensure, that fabric produced in the
facility is of quality second to none.

•Our state of the art color matching system allows us to
duplicate any color the customer requires. Our detailed
computer color library guarantees shade consistency
from order to order.

•At the framing process, our machine operators follow
standard operating procedures for each individual style
every time to guarantee that the fabrics meet the spec
requirements that have been set.

•To further ensure quality and consistency, statistical
process control is at various points during processing.
